What happens after I send an enquiry?
We respond within 24 hours (usually faster) with a few clarifying questions. From there we typically schedule a 30-minute call to understand the brief better, then send a written proposal with scope, timeline, and quote.
Do you have a minimum project size?
We work with small and medium-sized enterprises across a wide range of budgets. Some clients book a single eCommerce shoot of a few SKUs; others retain us across the year for ongoing product, campaign and video work. The right starting point depends on your goals — share your brief and we'll come back honestly about whether and how we can help.
Can we shoot on location instead of the studio?
Yes — we shoot on location across Chennai and India, depending on the project. Location shoots involve travel and logistics costs which we'll factor into the quote.
What information should I send with my enquiry?
The most useful things: what you're launching or promoting, where the images/videos will be used (channels, formats), your ideal timeline, and any reference images that capture the look you're after. Don't worry about being too detailed — we'll ask questions if we need more.
Do you work with international clients?
Yes — we've worked with clients across India and internationally (including engagements with Prodigal UPG in the UK). For international projects we handle digital delivery via Dropbox / WeTransfer, invoicing in USD or GBP as appropriate, and we're comfortable working across time zones for on-set review.
