The terms under which ColoursAlive provides services and you use this website. Please read carefully.

1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using coloursalive.com, or by engaging ColoursAlive for photography or video services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Our services
ColoursAlive provides professional photography and video production services including product, industrial, eCommerce and advertising photography, corporate video production, brand films, and post-production. Information about services on this website is for informational purposes only — it does not constitute an offer or contract. Specific terms are agreed separately in a project agreement.
3. Engagement & scope
All engagements are governed by a written project agreement covering scope, timeline, pricing, payment schedule, revision allowances, and cancellation terms. Scope changes after agreement may incur additional fees, agreed in writing.
4. Payment terms
Standard pattern: 50% advance deposit at engagement, balance due on delivery of final files. Photoshoot work commences after the advance is received; final deliverables release on receipt of the balance. We accept NEFT/RTGS/UPI domestically and international wire transfer.
5. Intellectual property
Unless explicitly transferred in writing, ColoursAlive retains copyright over all photographic and video works produced. Upon full payment, the client receives a usage licence as specified in the project agreement. ColoursAlive reserves the right to use produced works for portfolio and marketing unless restricted by written agreement.
6. Usage rights
Standard commercial usage covers the client's own marketing, website, social and sales collateral. Extended usage (paid media, OOH, broadcast) and exclusive usage are priced separately. Re-licensing to third parties requires written consent.
7. Cancellation & refunds
The deposit becomes non-refundable once production planning begins. A sliding scale applies based on proximity to shoot date. Any unused portion of fees after deducting work performed is refunded.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ColoursAlive's liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India; disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
