Studio Manager
Experience 3+ years in studio or operations management
An experienced studio manager to oversee day-to-day operations, take on business development tasks, coordinate the team's workflow, and bring marketing energy to the studio's outreach. The ideal candidate is hands-on, independent, and comfortable juggling several things at once.
What you'll do
- Manage day-to-day studio operations
- Handle business development tasks
- Coordinate across teams for workflow efficiency
- Fill the studio calendar: reach out to photographers and studios to rent out available space
- Maintain equipment and manage inventory
- Cultivate a positive, creative work environment
Required
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- Basic marketing principles knowledge
- Independent worker, comfortable multitasking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's in Business Administration, Marketing or related field (preferred)
- Proven studio management experience (preferred)
- Creative media industry familiarity (preferred)
Remuneration
- A fair base for the business-development work of filling the studio calendar
- A fixed fee per studio rental you bring in, scaled by booking duration
- Performance-linked by design: your outreach drives your earnings, so active months pay well above the base
